Thank you for shopping at Plixzon. We are committed to providing you with beautiful, healthy plants. Please read our UK return policy carefully to understand our procedures and requirements under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Returns and Exchanges

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or needs. Our return policy allows you to return or exchange products under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order in line with UK consumer law.
  • Plants must be in their original condition, with minimal soil disruption.
  • Original packaging should be used when possible.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Damaged or Unhealthy Plants

We take great care in packaging and shipping our plants to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, if you receive a plant that is damaged or unhealthy:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos of the damage or health issues.
  • Do not dispose of the plant or packaging until instructed.
  • We will promptly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Please note that minor leaf damage during shipping is normal and not considered a valid reason for return. Also, seasonal variations in appearance are natural and not defects.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1 Contact Our Team

Email us at info@plixzon.world with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Include clear photos of the products.

2 Receive Return Authorization

Wait for our confirmation and return authorization. We'll provide specific instructions for packaging and returning the items.

3 Package Items Carefully

Securely package the plants to prevent damage during transit. For potted plants, ensure the soil is slightly moist and the pot is securely wrapped to prevent spillage.

4 Ship the Return

Ship the items to the address provided in the return authorization. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund according to the following timeline:

  • For damaged or unhealthy plants: Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving acceptable proof.
  • For standard returns: Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after receiving the returned items.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exceptions

Certain products cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Custom or personalized plant arrangements
  • Gift cards
  • Plants that show signs of neglect or improper care
  • Clearance items (marked as "final sale")
  • Plants that have been repotted by the customer
